2. Goods

2.1. The pictures of Goods in the Internet shop have an illustrative character. 

Despite the fact that the Salesperson makes everything to reflect the colors of the Goods as accurately as possible, the Salesperson cannot guarantee that the Purchasing Device screen will accurately reflect the colors of the Goods. The buyer understands that the goods may not differ significantly from their images.

2.2. The packaging of goods may be different from that shown in the pictures provided by the Internet store.

2.3. Unless otherwise specified, all items offered in an Internet store can be bought. If there will be a situaton that the item can not be sold, the Buyer shall be informed without delay by email or by other means of communication (by telephone or by SMS), and the order for such Item shall be cancelled.

2.4. The salesperson has the right to set the minimum and/or maximum order quantity for a particular item on the same order.

3. Processing personal data

3.1. The salesperson processes the customer's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 

In view of the fact that the Privacy Policy contains important provisions of the Conditions, we recommend that the purchaser read them carefully and make sure that all Privacy Policy provisions are comprehensible and acceptable to it.

4. Payment

4.1. The purchaser may settle the following items:

4.1.1 with a bank transfer to the Salesperson account indicated on the VAT prepayment invoice;

4.1.2 a payment (credit or debit) card;

4.2. All prices in the www.gym365.lv shop are in euro and VAT.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1. For high-quality order processing, we need the following information:

Customer Name and Last Name, Delivery Address, Contact Phone, E-mail.

5.2. If you forget your password, use the Forgotten Password field and the system will send a link to your email, where you can change your password.
